1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available if the course content is not accessible due to technical issues from our end and cannot be resolved within 7 days of reporting the issue.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the issue you are experiencing.
3. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available for reasons such as changing your mind or not being satisfied with the course content.
